An integral part of developing new products is to understand your users, the market and the approach.


Focusgroups sessions were conducted to better understand our target user; each session focused on a segment of the user personas we had developed based on our market research. An interactive, box building activity was used to better provide insight to how our audience thought about the subject of wearables.

  • Show messages and images that would resonate with them
  • Price point at which the product would seem attractive
  • Where and how would the user obtain the product
  • Teams presented their ideas
